My efficiency and reliability to provide accurate information and be able to meet deadlines effectively is one of my edge among other applicants. I am 100 percent committed on a job and gives value to the task that is given to me.
With my previous home-based job, I was given the chance to be a general virtual assistant for my client who is a drop-shipper. A problem I recently experience at my previous work was a misunderstanding between my client and I. There was a task that was assigned which I quite finished fast and correctly. But the report I submitted was not accurate. I was questioned to do it again but when I explained the process, my client realized that the task was actually done right. I realized that completing a task fast was not enough, I have to make sure that other details of the work is also completed accurately. And made sure that everything is openly communicated with my client, as they say everything can be be fix with communication.
It was something that my client appreciated, me being able to communicate openly with him and our team, I was able to express myself in a way where I can be of help to everyone which helps in making his business grow. At that time, I developed a state of mind to stay engaged and be motivated in helping my client achieve his goals.
I believe my drive is my unique quality, my determination to work harder than most and make sure things get done is one my advantageous characteristic that makes me stand out from the rest. I would not easily give up and would like to try it again until I was able to make sure that tasks assigned to me are completed.
